Notice Description

The Works consist of the refurbishment of communal areas and offices to a CAT A standard including replacement building services such as full electrical re-wire, new AC heat pump systems, fire alarm, lighting, and replacement fabric finishes, new kitchenettes, WC's, flooring & decorations. As well as replacement building services in the retail accommodation (AC heat pump, fire alarm and electrical distribution) and external repairs to 118 New Bond Street, as more accurately described in the attached specification Please note the drawings have been provided in both DWG & PDF format. The Contractor will require Auto CAD 2020 to open the DWG files within the following folders: 3a. Fabric DWG 3b. AC Refrigerant Proposed DWG 3c. Electric Proposed DWG 3d. Vent Proposed DWG Additional information: This is a City of London tender which is published via the capitalEsourcing portal. In order to participate you will need to register with capitalEsourcing by contacting them www.capitalesourcing.com 0800 - 069 - 8630 if you have not registered already. The tender documents can be found in the portal via itt_CoL_16733.
