Notice Title

University of Sunderland - Payments Portal

Notice Description

The University of Sunderland is looking to replace/renew the current online payments portal. The current portal has 6 online payment pathways providing a fully cashless solution to our student base. This includes an online payment page and recurring card payment system. Five of the payment pathways are linked directly with four 3rd third party systems used by the University and provide a seamless payment solution such as a print management system. The last offering is our University Online Store, which has over 300 active products currently for 'sale' and 3000 products stored that can be made active should the need arise. These payment systems need to provide a robust and stable 24/7 payment service to our students and external customers, with payments being able to be made around the world at any time of day or night. Safe, secure, and easy to use, at a time to suit the payer. Over the last year, our online offering has achieved over 43,000 payments totalling over PS17,000,000.00. We require a provider/system that can replicate these pathways and link directly into our third party providers of other services, with full maintenance and technical support when needed if systems change or are updated.
