The design and undertaking of all structural alterations / demolitions / dismantling and builders work to the existing library / two storey Gaol Lane wing, and isolated works to blocks A&B to allow the follow-on Structures and Builderswork, internal fit out and M&E works package contractor to complete the work. All works to the podium area and study / cafe area including reduced level dig / demolition to allow construction of new ground slabs roof and podium slab including wall external works and landscaping. ALL information is ONLY available via the YORTender portal - www.yortender.co.uk ALL clarifications and bids must be uploaded via this portal. NO OTHER FORM OF CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO.
