Cornwall Housing Limited has a requirement for a new contractor to provide expertise in the management of Mechanical and Electrical servicing, maintenance and upgrading of all properties across a portfolio of 10,600 social housing stock in Cornwall including domestic dwellings. Important: CHL are holding a open virtual supplier event about this opportunity on 13th September 2024, there are two sessions: 09:00 to 11:00 and 14:00 to 16:00, to attend please email carrie.glenister@cornwallhousing.org.uk to register a place on your selected session.
