Procure Plus wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement for the supply and installation of low and zero carbon technologies. Suppliers and contractors appointed to the framework agreement will be required to work collaboratively across the different lots in the framework agreement to deliver projects that will increase energy efficiency within buildings across both social housing and the wider public sector.
