Request for Quotation - IT Asset Destruction

Notice Description

North Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) requires a Provider to provide Secure Sanitisation and Asset Disposal for its IT hardware. The Authority requires the Provider to help achieve efficiencies to reduce financial costs and improve administration, whilst providing a high level of service and ensuring the security of the Authority's IT Assets and Data. This is a Concession Contract the Authority will entrust the Provider the right to provide the Service. Rather than the Authority pay the Provider for delivery of the Service during the concession period, the Provider has the benefit of retaining a percentage of the gross income generated from the IT assets destroyed, disposed of and sold under this Concessions Contract ("Gross Income") to cover operation of the Service and to make a profit. The Gross Income will be shared with the Authority in line with the requirements specified.
