Notice Description
The works involve both internal and external alterations and refurbishment of an existing detached adult education building located in the grounds of Marian Vian Primary School, to create a new children's nursery. Additionally, the works involve the creation of a new parent/pupil vehicle drop off bay at the boundary between the school grounds and the public highway / footway. Therefore, works will be required to the public highway / footway. Read through the Instructions To Tender (ITT) documents for furhter information and instructions. The tender opportunity will be run through the London Tenders Procurement Portal and you will need to register your company with the portal as soon as possible (if you have not already done so) at www.londontenders.org to ensure that you are able to access and submit the relevant documents on line.
