Notice Description

***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** UK Research and Innovation had a requirement for the provision of a Gov Forms Builder. This has been sourced via G Cloud 14 Framework Agreement. A value contract variation 001 took place on 29th July 2025 - to provide 2 additional use cases to be delivered by Govforms for MRC OSF by Sunday, 31st August 2025, utilisting the Govforms Digital Service Builder. A value only contract variation 002 has been added to this contract to provide testing resource and expertise by Govforms platform to support testing of SDP services. The value of this is PS57,021.00 excluding VAT. A time and value contract variation 003 has been added to this contract to provide testing resource and expertise by Govforms platform to support testing as required for project continuity, utilising the optinal extension built into the original contract. The end date of this contract is now Wednesday 31st March 2027. The value of the contract variation is PS47,766.50 excluding VAT. The value of this contract is now PS307,893.50 excluding VAT. This has been conducted against PCR 2015.
