Kent County Council is looking to engage with potential suppliers who believe they are able to provide a digital solution that will support the Council in effectively capturing social value. This solution must be able to be utilised during the tendering process. The Council would encourage potential suppliers who feel they are able to provide an appropriate solution in line with our current outline specification, as available on the Kent Business Portal (www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk), to express an interest.
