Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.The following information must be sent with the expression of interest: Construction Industry Training Board registration number. Evidence of experience in conservation repairs including three examples demonstrating experience in the relevant building materials with professional references. Health and safety record. Statement of business structure with staff numbers and qualifications and turnover for the past three years. Demonstration of experience in the role of principal contractor under the CDM Regulations.
