Notice Title

PHE - Couch to 5k Redesign and Rebuild 2017

Notice Description

Since Couch to 5k was launched the idea has been a firm favourite with users. However, the execution of the original app could be improved. There are several technical and UX issues that would improve the app if they were addressed. In addition, it was designed before the current brand review and without user research or testing. The project will carry out a design and research review of the app and then carry out a rewrite in time for the app to be live in the app stores before the 2017 London Marathon. Project objectives: * Increase customer ratings in both app stores by at least 1 star rating (the new version when compared to the old version) * Review tactics to increase engagement and lifetime usage measurably * Improve user experience to ensure optimal usability integrating music and voice * Assess where the market for similar apps is and alongside user testing, evaluate priority features which will increase uptake relative to previous campaign responses * Create a backlog of feature enhancements for a phase 2 build (after the London Marathan and subject to a separate SOW)
