Notice Description

Clinical Decision Support System software. The Clinical Decision Support System will: * Provide clinician's the ability deliver optimised and up to date patient care in a safe and efficient manner; * Give clinician's immediate and easy access to relevant diagnostic, treatment and referral resources; * Embed resources seamlessly within the existing patient record in a clear and logical format to support the clinician during their workflows. Information can then be added into the patient record; * Support improved decision making to occur effectively and efficiently at the point of patient contact, all based upon the latest evidence based guidelines. The system will also assist GP practices, Primary Care Networks and the CCG provide standardised patient care across organisations, based upon national and local policy and objectives. This helps optimise resource utilisation whilst ensuring best practice and patient safety occurs. The reporting functionality of the system also enables organisations to use business intelligence reports for accurate service evaluation and planning. The Services to be provided by the Supplier under the above Lots are listed in the G-Cloud Framework Section 2 and outlined below: * Electronic document and records management * Healthcare * Training * Ongoing support. The Supplier will supply, for both SystmOne and EMIS Web users, the following categories of templates based on national guidelines for: * Consultations & Care Plans * Diaries, Scores & Screening * Diagnostic & Referral Criteria * Procedures & Consent Forms * Formularies & Drug Monitoring (SystmOne only) * Clinical Pathways * QOF & National Enhanced Services Where local formularies differ from national guidelines, the Supplier will then localise the formulary templates to reflect this, subject to clinical governance. The Supplier will provide templates for any local enhanced services or GP service level agreements and contracts, as agreed between the CCG and GP Practices. The Supplier will provide a comprehensive database of local service referral forms. Local services will include hospital, community and mental health services. Referrals will include urgent 2 week wait referrals, routine referrals and prior approval referrals. The Supplier will build and provide reporting data for the CCG. The Supplier will provide a training session to assist the CCG to run and provide their own reports on clinical activity (SystmOne only). Training will be provided at GP Practice, Locality, CCG or User Group level. Training at each practice to be included within the price. The Supplier will also provide online training, including video tutorials and frequently asked questions. The Supplier will maintain product functionality.
