Notice Description

Bromford are looking for a professional photographer who has experience of working in the housing sector or industry to support its Sales and Marketing Team with the delivery of the following types of commission: * Local area photography to support Bromford's marketing activities in key locations and sites. * Show home/internal photography and/or mattaport virtual tour * To produce drone footage of the construction site and built homes. * To produce time lapse photography which shows the full construction stage of a house build. In each case the successful supplier is required to commence the services within 7 days of instruction by Bromford Housing The completed commissions should be provided to Bromford within the following timescales: * Photography - 7 day turnaround for the first draft of images * Virtual tours - 10 day turnaround * Drone footage - 10 day turnaround * Times lapse photography - 10 day turnaround The completed output is required in the following formats: * Photographs - JPEG * Virtual tours - MP3/MP4 * Drone footage - MP3/MP4 * Time lapse photography - MP3/MP4
