Notice Description
Falmouth Exeter Plus (FXPlus) is looking to appoint a supply partner on a 36-month fixed term contract to carry out the servicing and maintenance of the automatic and roller shutter doors across the Falmouth/Penryn campus on 6 monthly basis in accordance with the Workplace (Health and Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. The assets included within this specification encompass a range of: * Manual Revolving doors, * Roller shutters, * Automated doors, * Parking barriers The works will include: * Planned preventative maintenance in accordance with SFG 20 standards * Repairs, * Call-outs, * Fault diagnosis * Minor New Works.
