East Sussex County Council has awarded a Contract to provide a service provider to design and undertake an in-depth social marketing scoping exercise to; * understand why individuals aged 45-59 do not take up their NHS Health Checks offer * understand the different segments within this population, and their individual reasons for not attending their NHS Health Check * inform future interventions likely to result in the increased uptake of NHS Health Checks in those aged 45-59.
