The University of Bath is seeking quotations in respect of a Revaluation Exercise of the University's buildings and Land. The purpose of this exercise is to obtain quotations to; *Provide annual valuations for the financial statements, relating to the land and buildings belonging to the University of Bath. *Provide valuations for insurance purposes, on a reinstatement basis, relating to plant, machinery and contents together with the building and services belonging to or the responsibility of University of Bath. *This work will cover all University land and buildings in Bath and at various other selected locations
