Liverpool StreetScene Services Limited (LSSL) are seeking a new Occupational Health managed service provider to cover the requirements of: * Pre - employment/placement medical screening * Nurse Medical Assessments (OHA) - both telephone and face to face * Doctor Medical Assessments (OHP) - both telephone and face to face In addition, LSSL also require additional services as part of a co-ordinated package of support to meet current and potential future requirements, including: * Driver medical/assessments * Health Surveillance * Drug and alcohol testing * General Health and Advice * Reporting. The Contract will be for a period of two (2) years plus an additional one (1) year extension option at the sole discretion of LSSL. The documents will only be available on Procontract (available via the Due North site).
