Summary of the contracting process

The North East Lincolnshire Council is initiating the "Capital Framework Market Engagement Events" to renew its approved contractor framework in the construction industry. This procurement process is currently in the planning stage, with an engagement end date set for 23rd February 2018. The events aim to bring together local and regional contractors to discuss various project opportunities, including housing repairs, plumbing, heating works, and civil works in the Yorkshire and the Humber region of the United Kingdom.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the construction sector, particularly those specialising in building works, maintenance, and civil engineering. Contractors that can deliver or install systems such as level access showers or carry out comprehensive building renovations will be well-positioned to compete. Participation in the engagement events scheduled for September will be crucial for understanding project requirements and establishing connections with the contracting authority.
