The overall objective for this piece of work is to: * Develop a social value assessment methodology that LCRCA can use annually to monitor our progress and impact * Provide advice on the coverage and format of data and information collection to support the analysis * Leave the LCRCA with a toolkit to use to compile a robust and comparable annual Social Value assessment on an on-going basis.
