Notice Description

The software enables clinicians to refer patients to either ECMO services or for an adult critical care transfer. Clinical data supporting the referral is captured in the software and is available to all of the clinicians who are involved in the patient transfer/referral/receipt of the patient. The software captures clinical data through the transfer which is exported and incorporated in to the patient records in line with the Records Management Code of Practice 2021.
