The GMC has the requirement to access the following legal Research online on a 24/7 basis: - Access to extensive UK case law - Access to consolidated legislation All information will be updated within 24 hours, and suppliers will be asked to set out the coverage that they provide, but as a minimum will cover: - House of Lords/Supreme Court and Privy Council - the Court of Appeal - Queen's Bench Division - the Employment Appeals Tribunal; and - the European Court of Justice.
