Notice Description
* Keeping project milestones on track against strict timelines throughout the project lifecycle. * Project governance and understanding of project finances must be a key strength * Tracking of resource time and project costs. * Producing weekly project update reports and timelines. * Managing project working groups and project boards. * Agree a prioritised list of initiatives for identified projects within the Crisis & Flow Programme and work with key Clinical leads for each of them 6 * Programme meetings are set up and attended by Digital and Clinical Teams, to ensure pre and post-delivery feedback is received between each entity * Provide weekly updates on identified projects to the weekly sub-group meeting; and monthly highlight reports to Programme Board
