The Council of the London Borough of Hillingdon requires a Contractor to undertake the works to the following 2 properties: 14 Station Road, Cowley, Uxbridge, UB8 3AA (Extension) - This is an extension to the property to add another bedroom to the property with a WC on ground floor. The Extension and WC should be finished to liveable standards. 35 Berberis Walk, West Drayton, UB7 7TZ (Extension) - This is an extension to the property to add another bedroom to the property with a WC on ground floor. The Extension and WC should be finished to liveable standards. There are drawings of existing provided, but we expect the contractor to provide a full detailed priced proposal and specification for the house extensions. Site Visits can be arranged by contacting Terence on TSilcott@hillingdon.gov.uk Additional information: I would confirm that the London Borough of Hillingdon is inviting all interested organisations to tender through the Council's nominated electronic tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com Please register on the above portal where the tender documents for this project can be downloaded.
