Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Authority has appointed a single supplier for Firefighting backpack sprayers which are to be used to extinguish small fires in locations where it is difficult to access with a Fire Appliance and may be used as part of a wider approach involving engine powered misting systems, bespoke Wildfire or All-Terrain Vehicles or Fire Appliances.
