The programme is aimed at eligible 15-29 year olds who live in the Black Country and are not in employment, education or training (NEET). Impact Vocational Pathways are vocationally focused provision for those seeking employment in a specific sector acting as an enabler to sustainable paid employment or further training such as an Apprenticeship.
