The proposal seeks to replace / refurbish the existing slate and flat roof with a new low pitch slate and single ply membrane roof, including new flashings, ridge, lead valleys and associated works. The works need to be programmed in and carried out during the school Summer Holiday, from 26th July 2017 to 1st September 2017 subject to agreeing a programme of works with Coventry City Council. A longer construction period would be acceptable subject to agreeing programmes with the school.
