Notice Description

UCSP is wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Plymouth and is responsible for all retail and hospitality catering across its Campus locations as well as several external contracts. UCSP is looking for a fish vendor to supply fresh and frozen fish to its catering units on a daily basis and work closely with our Chef brigade to ensure the best of in season and sustainable fish is bought and used. As a key partnership relationship, UCSP is looking to work with suppliers that bring an innovative way of thinking to the relationship to ensure the mutual success of the contract. On average 50 fillets of white fish are used on a daily basis with smaller quantities of other smoked fish and seafood. Throughout the year the total spend 2017/2018 was cPS30,000 inc.VAT.
