Notice Description
Croydon Health Services is looking for a training provider to assist in strengthening the leadership and management development of our team leaders, middle managers and middle leaders enabling them to: * lead organisational change between now and the next three years * ensure they are equipped with the tools and techniques to lead and manage individuals and high performing teams At Croydon Health Services NHS Trust we believe that excellent leadership and people management are fundamental to the success of enabling and delivering an excellent service to our patients, service users and carers. As leaders we are committed to the standards and actions described here in our Leadership Charter The Trust is using the Due North (Procure) e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal").
