Notice Description

Leeds City Council is seeking tenders for the provision of a Hosted Digital Telecare Alarm Receiving Centre Solution from a single Contractor. The Solution must as a minimum include: * Hosted Digital Telecare Alarm Receiving Centre Solution * Implementation services (Project Management, Data Migration, Training) * Configuration services * Integration services * On-going support and maintenance services * Solution development and customisation * Software/Hardware upgrades. Tenderers must offer an existing and mature Telecare Alarm Receiving Centre Solution which will require minimal or no additional development to meet the Council's requirements, although a period of configuration and mobilisation of the proposed Solution is expected and accepted. The Council does not wish to procure a Telecare Alarm Receiving Centre Solution which will require an extensive design and development phase to meet the specification of requirements before it can be deployed. The Councils current Telecare Alarm Receiving Centre Solution is used by approximately 21 Response Centre Operators, 21 Mobile Responders and 5 Managers. The Telecare Service currently supports approximately 7000 customers made up of 3500 on Analogue connections, 3000 on Digital IP connections, 125 Local Authority schemes made up of 3766 individual local authority properties and 685 housing association shelter customers. ***************************************** Application for inclusion in the tender must be made via the Yortender procurement portal, atwww.yortender.co.uk.
