Notice Description

NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board are seeking to commission the Derby Urgent Treatment Centre Service. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process. The contract will commence 1st July 2024 for a period of 2 years and 9 months with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years. It is important to note that this procurement includes an affordability threshold. The maximum contract value available for the first 9 months (1st July 2024 - 31st March 2025 is PS1,394,250) and PS1,859,000.00 per annum for the remaining period of the contract. The total value available including both the 33-month initial period and the (up to) 24-month extension period is PS8,830,250. No bids over PS1,394,250 for the first 9 months or PS1,859,000.00 per annum for the remaining period of the contract will be accepted. Any bids that exceed these values will be disqualified.
