The procurement process involves the NHS Collaborative Commissioning Forum for Castle Point & Rochford, Southend, and Mid Essex, which has awarded the "CYP Specialist Emotional Health & Wellbeing Service" contract. This service, valued at £161,649, aims to provide emotional resilience and counselling for children and young people in the East of England, specifically to improve mental health outcomes in light of increasing needs due to COVID-19.
