A proposed scheme has been developed to address the key, headline deficiencies and/or differences between the existing school and BB103 as a result, the scheme is to recommend the permanent retention of the existing building, with internal alterations and refurbishment, along with a new build extension. The works and timescale objectives are: * Phase 1 - The first phase of works to be completed to accommodate the first September 2025 * Phase 2 September 2026
