Notice Description

As part of the Government's urgent response to the COVID19 outbreak, the NHSBSA has deployed a communications platform which enables direct communications with the NHS and Adult Social Care workforce. The provisions of Regulation 32 (2) (c) have been used, where extreme urgency due to the COVID19 outbreak was not foreseen by the NHSBSA and therefore the time limits for the open or restricted procedures or competitive procedures with negotiation could not be complied with. Term of the contract is 20/04/2020 to 31/12/2020. Additional information: Contract has been awarded on Supplier Terms and Conditions.
