Notice Description

Royal Holloway, University of London is seeking to appoint a training supplier for the demand led provision of Optimal Productivity & Project Management, for the period October 2023 to September 2026. The supplier will develop and deliver training courses within this category with continuous improvement and will work with us to develop and deliver other courses on similar themes. Within an environment of increased competition, regulation and resource pressures, staff have more priorities to manage and new calls on their time. Equally the University needs continuous improvement, and so effective management of both large and small projects is very important. Courses within this category are aimed at enabling people to develop skills to manage projects, their day-to-day work and their time effectively and will include: 1. Introduction to Project Management 2. Task Switching and Optimal Productivity 3.Time Management These courses must be positioned within the Higher Education (HE) context, particularly reflecting its challenges. The content should also speak to the diversity of the College community and its services and Schools. The courses will be open staff at all levels and disciplines within the university. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
