Notice Description

The purpose of this Legal Services agreement is to appoint a single service provider, operating under the Crown Commercial Services framework agreement WPS Legal Services (RM3788 Lot 2a) to provide legal services (public law, environmental law, planning law and energy and natural resources) to Suffolk County Council. The legal services framework agreement relates to SCC's objectives and obligations in respect of the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIPs) application for the Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station (the NSIP). The appointed law firm will operate in accordance with the framework agreement for a period of the date of this agreement to 30th September 2023.
