Women's Centre Fire Door Mag Lock Works
Notice Description
The works relate to 13 door sets and shall be undertaken in two separate visits per door set as follows: Visit 1 - Decommissioning Isolate and decommission the existing magnetic lock installed on each designated door set. Ensure the existing access control system remains safe and secure following decommissioning activities. Coordinate works to facilitate the fire door upgrade programme. Visit 2 - Commissioning Attend site following completion of the fire door upgrades and installation of replacement magnetic locks by others. Commission the newly installed magnetic locks into the existing access control system. Configure and verify operation of each magnetic lock in accordance with the existing system requirements. Testing and Commissioning Upon completion of the commissioning works, the Contractor shall: Test each magnetic lock to confirm correct operation. Verify door release functionality. Confirm fail-safe operation where applicable. Ensure integration with the existing access control system is functioning correctly. Report any defects, faults, or issues identified with the existing equipment or system infrastructure to the Client.
