Notice Description

The key services to be provided are: The Succes undertake a full search process for all our graduate pathways including but not limited to the following aspects: - Drafting an attraction campaign strategy for each pathway, to be presented within a week of contract execution - The brief should outline how and where roles are to be advertised, - the universities reached, - activities on campus focused on Ofcom roles (if any), - how Ofcom as a brand is sold to candidates, - Review and refresh attraction content and materials on an annual basis - Running the attraction campaign for each pathway once reviewed and approved by Ofcom - Completing relevant due diligence checks including but not limited to: - Qualifications check - Right to work in the UK - Design and delivery of an inclusive assessment and selection process which supports our diversity and inclusion aims - Production of a longlist of potential, proceedable (or otherwise) candidates, process to include: - Approaching potential, proceedable candidates and conducting pre-screening interviews (face to face or other means) - Managing essay distribution (where appropriate), chasing returns and providing shortlist with essays to Ofcom - Running each pathway assessment centre - Including notifying candidates of dates, managing communications between Ofcom and candidates (questions to be provided by Ofcom). - Candidate handling, including notifying candidates of any delays or changes to the timeline, informing unsuccessful candidates, notifying candidates of movement through the assessment stages. - Successfully offering the preferred candidate. - Weekly reporting including real time updates of diversity data of applicants per pathway (both verbal and written) throughout the process. - Be able to provide consistency of resource throughout the duration of the contract - Ofcom expect that the same individuals from the successful tenderer will be available throughout the duration of the contract, or for as much of the contract as possible, with outline plans for handling any handover of work to others to ensure, and demonstrate how, consistency of performance will be maintained. - Ofcom require the successful tenderer to pass on a copy of our privacy notice to any potential candidate and obtain each candidate's written permission for Ofcom to use their data in line with Ofcom's privacy notice in writing before submission to Ofcom. Ofcom reserve the right to request any candidate's written authorisation of such a request. Services are expected to commence in October 2024 (service commencement date), with a period between contract signature and the service commencement date used for mobilising the service. Ofcom expects that the contractor will commence the mobilisation process by 1 August 2024 Any contract awarded following the conclusion of this procurement process will be for a period of 3 years until October 2027, e.g. for three seasons of graduate recruitment (2024 Additional information: Procurement documents can be found at the Ofcom Bravo Solutions procurement portal
