Suppliers who do not complete the questionnaire may be excluded. Suppliers using HMRCs Ariba for the first time, will need to register at: http://hmrc.supplier-eu.ariba.com/ad/register/SSOActions?type=full As part of the registration process you will receive a system generated email. Once you have obtained your account ID (AN) number, please email e.procurement@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk with the following information: The contract title shown in Section II.1.1). Your organisation's HMRC SAP Ariba account ID: HMRC intend to award a concession contract to a single supplier to act as the United Kingdom's ID Issuer for the tobacco traceability system set out in Article 15 of EU Directive 2014/40/EU and the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/574 on technical standards for the establishment and operation of a traceability system for tobacco products .
