Notice Description
Research procurement to develop our understanding of the experiences of domestic pet owners in the veterinary services sector to help us better understand how this market is working for them. In particular, we are keen to understand the behaviour of pet owners and how their decisions are informed when choosing a veterinary practice and deciding on what treatments and services to buy for their pets.
