NOTE: This notice was updated on 07 April 2021 for the following reason: Access code for Delta e-sourcing portal(The Trust currently has a requirement to identify and target specific groups, representative of staff across the health and social care sectors in the SEL ICS to understand their: *Mental health and wellbeing needs *Identify how the current portal can be improved to increase appeal, access and utility *Configuration and technical support required to deliver the chat function *Develop a recommended communication approach to help spread awareness of the portal across the relevant audience in SEL.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
