This phase of the overall refurbishment program consists of two projects which will be delivered within two separate financial years. Phase 1 - New toilet facility. Phase 2 - Refurbishment of existing Landside South toilet facility. It is proposed to procure both projects together as one single delivery package as part of a competitive open tender process.
