Runnymede Borough Council ('the Authority") invites tenders for the erection of part two storey part single storey side and rear extension and conversion of existing single family dwelling house into two 2 bed flats at 185 New Haw Road, Addlestone, Surrey. The successful contractor will be required to take the responsibility for conversion as outlined within the attached specification and drawings.
