Highways England have appointed the supplier to asses the Highways England reputational positioning using their bespoke model which has evaluated and benchmarked the reputation of a number of UK Government departments and ALB's, amongst the informed general public. Highways England will be measured by at least 300 individuals who are representative of the UK population and will be provided with 2 waves of surveys results and analysis, against a range of questions related to Highways England's RIS 2 priorities.
