Services to cover situations where scheme employers are undergoing corporate restructuring, particularly where this involves insolvency proceedings. Services to support incumbent trustee boards by offering specialist restructuring and insolvency advice, relating to the position of schemes, employers and the PPF in the context of an anticipated restructuring/insolvency event. Lot 1 Restructuring and Pre Insolvency Services Lot 2 Trustee Services and Assessment Period work Additional information: The final value of the framework across the maximum term may fall within a huge range as it has been set up to be available for future call-offs for requirements that we will not currently be aware of.
