Notice Description

Brief Description: DWP, as the lead contracting authority for the Synergy Programme, is looking to appoint an Intelligent Client Function Design Partner. The creation of a centralised Intelligent Client Function is central to the Programme Success. The goal is that this will be a high performing user centric organisation, skilled with the right culture, structure, governance, resources, culture, and capabilities to partner with customer departments to deliver easy to use services, freeing up colleagues' time to focus on the moments that matter. Using the expertise of the Intelligent Client Function Design Partner in Organisational Design, the Synergy ICF will work with the four customer departments and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of best in class, VfM (Value for Money) shared HR (Human Resources) and Finance services which meet the needs of service users. The ICF will eventually provide services to the four customer departments and manage contracts with both the BPS (Business Process Services) provider and the technology partners.
