The Adult Learning Service (ALS) is seeking, with the full support and guidance of the CPU, to run a short procurement exercise through which it can commission up to a maximum of 6 suitably qualified and experienced education and training providers to recruit an agreed number of Liverpool residents aged 19 and over, from some of Liverpool's most disadvantaged wards, and provide them with ESOL education and skills training up to Level 2.
