Notice Description

This requirement is a call-off contract using the UK Leisure Framework https://leisureframework.co.uk/ which is a specialist procurement framework supporting leisure centre building. Pre-construction services covering RIBA Stages 3 and 4 will develop the Carlton Active project from concept design to a fully coordinated and priced construction package. RIBA Stage 3 will progress the developed design, coordinating architectural, structural, civil and MEP designs, undertaking surveys and technical assessments, and preparing the planning application and supporting documentation. RIBA Stage 4 will produce the detailed technical design, specifications and construction information, undertake supply chain engagement and cost planning, and establish the final construction price and programme, enabling the Council to reach cost certainty and enter into a construction contract.
