Malvern Hills District Council, Worcester City Council and Wychavon District Council are responsible for the maintenance and management of the Council owned car parks. Separate contracts are required to be entered into with a contractor that shall ensure best value for the Authorities is achieved with regards to the supply of car park tickets.
