Notice Description
The contract will secure consultancy expertise to create a business case for a bespoke delivery vehicle (or vehicles) to deliver the ambitious and comprehensive regeneration programme for Birkenhead over the next 15-20 years. Wirral was successful in March 2020 in securing PS700k of MHCLG funding via a national competition for capacity funding to explore the suitability of Urban Development Corporation type models to deliver major housing and regeneration programmes.
