Notice Title

Cambridge City Council - Data platform and app developer

Notice Description

The Cambridgeshire Culture Card Scheme is a project that will use the arts to address a range of social, economic, educational and cultural engagement inequalities. It aims to close the arts participation gap, increase equality of access, and ensure that more young people from low-income backgrounds have the same opportunities and benefits from engaging in culture as their more advantaged peers. Following a feasibility phase, the project is now moving to a live prototype phase to explore and test a number of practical elements prior to implementation. We seek a software vendor, business or freelancer to build a data platform and app to meet the project's identified aims and fulfil the design and technical specifications set out. This will provide proof of concept and enable Cambridge City Council to test some of the communication, user engagement and gamification methods that could support a live and fully operational version of the scheme.
